10 Years sets October date for The Gig

BEAUMONT — Rock group 10 Years is headed back to Southeast Texas for a concert this fall.

The band 10 Years will perform on Wednesday, Oct. 30, at The Gig, which is located in the Crockett Street Entertainment District in downtown Beaumont. Tickets are $16 in advance and go on sale Friday, Sept. 20 for ages 18 and older.

10 Years is touring in support of its sixth studio album, “Minus the Machine,” which was released in August 2012 and peaked at number 26 on the Billboard Top 200 albums chart. It features the singles “Backlash,” “Dancing with the Dead” and the title track.

The band formed in 1999 in Knoxville, Tenn. and has built a reputation for high energy, hard rocking live performances. The group has toured the U.S. countless times with bands such as Chevelle, Seether, Shinedown, Saving Abel and more and is now doing its own club headlining tour.

The group is comprised of members Jesse Hasek, vocals; Ryan “Tater” Johnson, guitar and backing vocals; Lewis Cosby, bass; and Brian Vodinh, guitar and drums. Visit for news and info on the band.
