July may have been an extremely rainy month, but it definitely allowed people the opportunity to experience plenty of great music at our many area music venues.

As the month draws to a close, several more fantastic shows featuring local and regional bands are on tap, as well as rumors circulating of possible national acts ready to converge on Southeast Texas.

Here is what is on tap this coming week across the area.
