Officials discover body of missing Orange man

Roger Frank, 18 of Orange, was found Saturday at about 8 a.m. in the Sabine River after being missing since Tuesday.

Local law enforcement agents discovered his body about 50 yards from where his canoe capsized.

Three other individuals were in the canoe on Tuesday when the wake from two other vessels caused the canoe to capsize.

Officials discovered the body of Craig Phelps, 27 of Orange, Friday after Phelps fell into the Sabine River trying to assist in the search for Franks.
