ORANGE — Church Anniversary

Little Cypress Baptist Church, 3274 Little Cypress Drive, will celebrate its 76th anniversary during the 10:30 a.m. service, Sunday, May 26. A Memorial Day celebration will also be held. The public is invited to join in the celebration.



Country singing

Orange First Church of the Nazarene will host an old fashion sing during their morning worship service at 10:45 a.m., Sunday, June 2. There will be Southern Gospel type music from the Worship Choir and will feature several quartets. Following the singing will be a Pot-luck meal in the Fellowship Hall. The community is invited. VBS

Cove Baptist Church, 1005 DuPont Drive in Orange, will have Colossal Coaster World Vacation Bible School from 3 p.m. - 8 p.m., Friday, June 7; 9 a.m. - 3 p.m., Saturday, June 8; and 9:15 a.m. until after lunch, Sunday, June 9.



Revival

Samaritan Way Outreach Ministries, 1312 W. John in Orange, will hold a revival at 7:30 p.m., nightly, Monday, June 10 - Saturday, June 15, and 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., Sunday, June 16. Call Minister Barbara Myles at 409-238-1436 for info.



VBS

First Baptist Church of Bridge City will hold Vacation Bible School from 9 a.m. - noon, Monday, June 10 - Friday, June 14 for children in kindergarten through fifth grade for the 2013-2014 school year. Women of Fire Revival

Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 512 W. John Ave. in Orange, invites the public to its Women on Fire Revival at 7 p.m., nightly, Wednesday, June 26 - Friday, June 28, and at 11 a.m., Sunday, June 30. Featured speakers are Evangelists Ebonique Celestine and Vernike Solomon and Elder Janice T. Netherly.



Prayer Garden

St. Paul United Methodist Church, 1155 W. Roundbunch, is continuing its plans for its Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow Prayer Garden by paving the garden with a brick walkway. Antioch Missionary

Antioch Missionary Baptist Church has relocated to 132 John St. in Orange. Worship service, led by Pastor Carol Luper, will be held at 11 a.m. Samaritan Way, led by Pastor Barbar Myles, will hold service at 9 a.m.

Public welcome to Trinity Baptist

Trinity Baptist Church, 1408 W. Park Ave. at 14th Street in Orange, invites guest to their Traditional Worship Services each Sunday at 11 a. m. and Sunday School at 9:45 a. m. Trinity Lutheran will begin having morning Bible study at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday. The study will be lead by Pastor Paul Zoch and the public is invited to attend. The study will be followed by a light lunch and fellowship.



Calvary’s Purchase

Calvary’s Purchase clothing ministry, located at 8257 State Hwy 87 N. in Orange, is open from 9 a.m. - noon, every Thursday. The clothes are free and in good condition and are available for whomever needs them.



Emma Wallace Lambs

The members of the Emma Wallace Lamb Center meet at 6 p.m., on the second, third and fourth Thursday of each month at God’s Living Word, 111 Cherry St. in Orange. The group is committed to restoring the grounds of the Wallace Center. Call 409-670-9743 for info.
