Fall Festival

First Baptist Church of Orangefield, located at 9788 FM 105 in Orangefield, will hold its annual Community Fall Festival from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 31 in the Family Life Center. Quickbooks for Beginners

A “Quickbooks for Beginners” course will be held from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., on Nov. 4, Nov. 6 and Nov. 8 and is presented by Ana Pereda, MBA, Small Business Advisor. This introductory workshop will cover the following topics: Create bank accounts, Track your expenses, Use Quickbooks to generate invoices and sales receipts and Write checks using Quickbooks. This workshop consist of 3 sessions for a total of 6 hours. Before taking this workshop, you should be familiar with basic bookkeeping concepts as well as the use of a personal computer.
