ORANGE — BCHS Alumni

The Bridge City High School Alumni Association will hold its next meeting at 5 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 31, inside the cafeteria of Bridge City High School.

Chamber banquet

The Vidor Chamber of Commerce will hold its Annual Membership Banquet at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 31, at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Hall, 1600 N. Main in Vidor. Tickets are $25 or a table of six for $150 and must be purchased in advance. Call 409-769-6339 for info or to charge by phone.

Women’s Revival

Full Gospel Holy Temple, 1417 N. Ninth St. in Orange, will hold a Women’s Revival at 8 p.m., nightly, Monday, Jan. 28 through Friday, Feb. 1. Several guest speakers will bring the word from the Lord. Call 409-883-5125 for info.

Pool tournament

Mardi Gras Parade

The Krewe of Krewe’s Mardi Gras Parade will be held in downtown Orange on Saturday, Feb. 2. Call the Greater Orange Area Chamber of Commerce at 409-883-3536.

Senior Citizen Computer Classes

Lamar State College-Orange is offering free computer classes for senior citizens, ages 55 and older, from 9 a.m. - 11 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 13, in the Wilson Building, Room 133, 506 Green Ave. in Orange. Course is designed for individuals who have never used a computer. Learn to turn on computer, navigate with a mouse, open programs, play games, surf the Internet, set up an e-mail account and send e-mail with attachments. Cach participant will have his/her own computer to use during class. There is a limited number of computers in the lab. Call 409-882-3321 to reserve your spot.
