A mother and her three kids were able to escape a Valentines Day fire after their home was possibly set on fire.

The Orange Fire Department responded to a full report of a structure fire around 4 p.m. Wednesday in the 1000 block of Clairmont Drive in Orange.

Once on scene, firefighters found the structure to be fully involved with heavy smoke and flames coming from the structure. The fire was extinguished in about 45 minutes.

The structure suffered major fire, smoke, and water damage, and the home appears to be a total lost.
The case remains under investigation at this time and officials are investigating the fire as a possible arson case.

No injuries were reported from the fire.
