Orange man injured during Roselawn Shooting

A man shot in the Roselawn addition on Monday suffers from non life threatening injuries.

Officers of the Orange Police Department were dispatched to the 500 block

of Bridal Wreath in regards to a gunshot victim. Upon arrival on scene officers located Dwayne Zetar, 28, of Orange suffering from a gunshot wound to the right shoulder Monday night around 8 p.m.

According to a Press release from Captain C.A. Stephenson, Zetar was assessed on scene and transported by Acadian Ambulance to a waiting helicopter at the old Baptist Hospital and flown by the air to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont.

Zetar’s injury was non life threatening and the investigation is ongoing by the Detective Division of the Orange Police Department
