Mardi Gras festivities began with a Munchkin Parade on Saturday afternoon in Orange. Children of the community had the opportunity to enjoy strolling, walking, and riding through Orange’s  downtown streets while passing out beads, toys and candy to excited spectators. The Munchkin Parade returned this year as Orange Mardi Gras festivities continue to expand each year.
