CHRISTUS Southeast Texas Jasper Memorial Administrator Accepted into Texas Hospital Association’s Leadership Fellows Program

(Jasper, Texas) – CHRISTUS Southeast Texas Health System is proud to announce Lance Beus, Administrator and Rural Market Leader, as the newest member of the prestigious, highly competitive THA’s Leadership Fellows Program. Beus will be formally inducted this February in Austin, Texas at the first of four program modules.

A member of the leadership team at CHRISTUS Southeast Texas Jasper Memorial since December 2014, Beus boasts extensive experience regarding all aspects of hospital and physician practice operations, with nearly eight years of experience in healthcare administration overall.

Headquartered in Austin, the Leadership Fellows Program works to bring together healthcare leaders from THA member hospitals for a focused study in becoming effective healthcare advocates. The group of Fellows will develop in-depth knowledge on healthcare integration and grow as leaders in healthcare administration field.

The program consists of four modules with a final project presentation, taking place in January 2017. Through these modules, the Fellows are intended to become part of the next generation of statewide influencers that have the resources to form meaningful connections with key policy shapers in Texas.
